Case Study
The Scottish Executive's E-Planning Efficient Government Programme (£12M) aims to deliver a stepped change in e-planning service delivery, producing an estimated £44M in efficiency savings over 10 years.
Adobe, like Mosaic, has been active within the English E-Planning space since the initiation of the English E-Planning Programme, over which, the Scottish Programme shares many similarities and common aims and objectives.
Mosaic's experience and knowledge of the English E-Planning Programme, through their appointments at the Communities and Local Government's (CLG) Planning Portal and Planning and Regulatory Services OnLine (PARSOL) National Project, led Adobe to engage Mosaic to both position their world-class enterprise-wide intelligent document platform within the context of the Scottish Executive's Modernisation Programme opportunity, and manage partner prime contractor relationships during the EU Procurement Directive driven tendering process.
Mosaic helped shape the how Adobe's LiveCycle ES enterprise software would meet, and in most cases, exceed the stated requirement for the Online Applications and Appeals System (OAAS) and Online Planning Information System (OPIS) work streams to deliver maximum efficiencies and a rich end-user e-Planning experience.
The uniquely qualified combination of Adobe's world-class products and Mosaic's expert E-Planning experience provided prime contractor partners with the support and guidance required to successfully prepare their bid response documentation on time and to the highest possible quality.
