Adam has a firm understanding of how to use leading methodologies such as Prince 2, Agile/Scrum and RUP to deliver on time and on budget.
He has worked on award winning and ground breaking business change programmes in Healthcare, Media and Energy and knows how to bring together globally distributed teams, suppliers, clients and senior stakeholders to reach a common objective
