Colin has 20 years experience in Information Technology specialising for the last 15 in IT Security.
His roles have ranged from Penetration Tester to Lead
Information Risk Manager.
Although originally entering the field on a more technical level (carrying out penetration tests and acting as a data forensics officer) he is now equally at ease developing security policies and procedures, working in the areas of client contractual negotiation of security requirements or managing a the security function within large enterprises.
His experience has been gained in various business sectors including Financial, Telecom's, Education, Utilities, Defense and Health.
Most recent, has been a role of BT Security Program Manager for BTs Southern Cluster Connecting for Health Program; prior to this he was Lead information Risk Manager for National Grid.
