Service & Change Management Specialist
Following a successful Army career in HM Forces, which included several teaching projects, David moved into civilian life and 20 years ago into the world of IT.
His initiation into this world came at the front line with an IT outsourcing company providing service to many leading companies through their service desk operations. Quickly progressing from his front line duties, David served as Team Leader for one of the multi-faceted teams, with some of the most prestigious accounts held by the company.
Recent assignments have seen David working for media companies such as HomeChoice (later Tiscali) and Vodaphone, in the demanding area of Change Management. His last and most recent assignment was with BT providing Change and Configuration Management support on the NHS Pan-Health Project.
David has a solid IT background with several ITIL accreditations to his name, and is known for his ability to mediate and adjudicate in areas of sensitivity and system criticality.
