Programme manager and specialist in Local Government e-planning and development control business systems.
Other areas of expertise include CRM, multi channel delivery, EDRMS integration and generic data integration.
David has worked on both Central and Local Government projects for 16 years, managing projects for over 30 local authorities and central government departments / agencies.
David has delivered numerous programmes of work to provide efficiency gains and to enhance public services for government clients. As well as many years delivering into the public sector David has also managed projects into the Telecoms, Banking and Automotive sectors.
This variation in business experience is widely underpinned by a detailed knowledge of project methodologies, application development and IT infrastructure. In order to assist Local Planning Authorities in meeting the e-gov agenda, David designed and managed the development of a fully integrated e-planning solution. This went on to become the chosen e-planning solution for several local authorities in England and to be the foundation of an e-planning solution rolled out in Australia.
