Specialist in Local Government e-Planning and Geographical Information Systems (GIS).
Ken has over 20 years experience in developing, implementing and supporting local government IT solutions.
Ken has been responsible for designing and project managing integrated land and property solutions that encompass software, data capture, document imaging and GIS, including e-Planning projects, two of which won pioneer funding under the 2005 eGovernment agenda.
The remit of these projects was to improve the efficiency of back-office operations, whilst also delivering direct improvements in service to the citizen.
