Specialist in Primary Care Technical Project Management
Lucy has been working within the National Programme for IT since its inception and has a 13-year career managing IT Health projects bringing extensive domain knowledge of primary care and community systems.
Lucy has successfully delivered public and private sector IT solutions, managing from requirements and design to deployment and support.
Working with IBM Lucy delivered the ICRS demonstrator project in South Warwickshire, proving the concept of integrated hosted healthcare systems, leading to working with the Eastern and London LSP Clusters to deliver the GP solution.
With a detailed knowledge of the importance of clinical data, Lucy has managed the successful migration of complex Child Health and GP solutions for many Primary Care Trusts and provided consultancy review of migration strategies across a Strategic Health Authority.
She brings experience for producing proposals, bids and responses to tender for national and bespoke systems.
