Specialist in Clinical Systems

Shaun has worked on BT’s Electronic Radiology program (PACS) for the last 5 years and in Diagnostic Imaging for 12 years before that, bringing a comprehensive knowledge of product, services, customers and developments in Radiology to the PACS program.

Combined with enthusiasm and a systematic process driven approach, he has developed much of the PACS Deployment collateral and provided key input to the implementation and design of the BT solution.

Qualified to degree level in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Electronics and Electrical Engineering with a Masters degree in Data Communication I have comprehensive understanding of Radiology products and infrastructure.

As a qualified Electrical Engineer Shaun entered into Diagnostic Imaging in 1992 where he gained extensive technical and clinical knowledge as a multi-vendor, multi modality Senior Service Engineer.  In 2000 Shaun moved in to PACS as a Senior PACS Integrator for GE going on to provide level 3 global support.  He was particularly successful at driving Radiology business process change to Support PACS deployment resulting in 100% customer satisfaction meeting all milestones on 12 PACS projects.  While at GE Shaun delivered 5 Six Sigma projects and was selected for a Black Belt.
