An RTPI qualified planning consultant. Experienced in project management and evaluation of processes and procedures to maximise efficiencies and make the most beneficial use of IT.
Possessing a broad knowledge of planning and history of successes in implementing change within council planning departments, delivering qualitative improvements to service delivery within planning and the wider e-Government arena.
