Having developed Information Systems (IS), Information Communication Technology (ICT) and pure Technology strategies for both private firms and central government bodies and their development agencies, Mosaic holds three fundamental pre-requisites for delivery of successful strategies that pass the ‘acid test’ - implementation.
Namely a strategy that is;
ultimately
governed and contributes to business objectives, business
planning and the Corporate Strategy;
owned
by the organisation at all levels including sponsors,
stakeholders, managers and staff;
provides
continuous improvement path and an enterprise architecture.
